Jaishankar's Diplomatic Meetings with China and Russia, Bilawal Bhutto Excluded.

Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar is set to meet his Chinese and Russian counterparts at the SCO foreign ministers' meeting in south Goa, but a formal bilateral meeting with Pakistan's foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is unlikely. The meeting is expected to finalise the agenda for the summit India will host in July.
