NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has warned that Russian President Vladimir Putin is planning for more war, not peace, in Ukraine. Stoltenberg urged NATO countries to provide more military aid to Ukraine, including ammunition and fighter jets. He praised member nations who have already provided tanks and rocket artillery, and said that new production contracts should address the need for more ammunition. Stoltenberg also hinted that President Joe Biden could reverse course after saying that U.S.-made F-16 "Fighting Falcons" were not on the table for Ukraine.
