Russia demands recognition of new territorial realities for peace with Ukraine.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has denied reports that China's special envoy for Eurasian affairs, Li Hui, proposed handing over occupied Ukrainian territories to the Russian Federation. Kuleba said that no negotiations were held about recognizing the Ukrainian territories where Russia stays now as Russian. He added that Ukraine would continue dialogue with China based on three basic principles: respect for territorial integrity, no initiatives that involve any territorial concessions by Ukraine, and no frozen conflict.
