Scholz to hold talks with Putin, says German Chancellor.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz plans to speak to Russian President Vladimir Putin soon to urge him to withdraw Russian troops from Ukraine. Scholz also stated that he would work to ensure that NATO does not get involved in the war. However, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that no talks with Scholz were currently planned in Putin's schedule.
