Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko was seen hobbling and grimacing during a quarter-mile walk alongside Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Victory Day military parade in Moscow. Lukashenko reportedly begged Putin and a Russian security operative to provide him with transport and save him from walking.
