Sweden on a knife-edge as blocs race to form a government

TL;DR
With 95% of ballots counted, Sweden’s left bloc led by Magdalena Andersson holds a razor-thin three-seat edge in the 349-seat parliament over Ulf Kristersson’s four-party right-wing alliance that includes the Sweden Democrats, pushing final results into midweek as coalition talks begin. Kristersson says he’ll try to lure the liberal Center Party to join his side while Andersson argues the left can govern but will need a deal. A left win would restore center-left rule; a Kristersson win could bring the Sweden Democrats into government for the first time. About 28,000 votes separate the blocs and roughly 200,000 ballots remain to be counted.
