Ukraine urges EU for faster ammo delivery.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has urged EU foreign affairs ministers to speed up their delivery of ammunition and missiles as part of a plan to provide 1 million shells in the next 12 months to help Ukraine fight off Russia's invasion. The plan has already been endorsed by EU leaders, but member states are still discussing the legal details of the joint purchase of ammunition. The EU defense industry's ability to deliver all the shells is also in doubt. The plan is being funded by the European Peace Fund, but not all the material that member states want reimbursing for has been delivered.
