The US has suspended all operations in its embassy in Sudan and evacuated its personnel. One US citizen has been killed in the conflict. The conflict between the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces and Sudan's armed forces began on April 15, and the World Health Organization has reported at least 413 deaths and 3,551 injuries.
