A mansion resembling the White House has been built on top of a skyscraper in Bangalore, India. The $20 million mega home, owned by Vijay Mallya, sits on a cantilever slab at 400 feet and covers 40,000 square meters. Mallya, who left India in 2016 amidst allegations of borrowing large sums of money and not repaying them, is unlikely to ever set foot in the mansion. The finished product, which was supposed to include luxurious amenities such as a wine cellar and rooftop helipad, remains shrouded in mystery. Mallya has been fighting extradition from the UK, where he currently resides.
