Rocket Mishap: Sweden Accidentally Strikes Norway During Research Launch

The Swedish Space Corp launched a research rocket as part of a European program commissioned by the European Space Agency, but a malfunction caused the rocket to crash in neighboring Norway, missing its planned landing site by around 25 miles. The rocket had reached an altitude of 250 kilometers and carried out experiments in zero gravity before crashing. The agency is investigating the cause of the deviation. The experiments looked at the behavior of different materials in weightless environments, which could lead to the production of more efficient solar cells.
