Triple suicide bombing in central Mali leaves nine dead.

At least nine civilians were killed and over 60 injured in a triple suicide bombing in Sevare, central Mali. The attack destroyed around 20 buildings, including a petrol station. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. Mali has been facing a violent insurgency since 2012, with militants linked to al Qaeda and Islamic State spreading to countries in the Sahel region. The attack comes two days after the chief of staff of Mali's interim president and three others were killed in an ambush.
