Istanbul Tanker Collision Triggers Arrests for Negligent Homicide

The oil tanker ALSU’s captain and a third officer were arrested on negligent-homicide charges after a collision off Istanbul sank the cargo ship Tugberk Imamoglu in about 11 minutes.
