Europe Cracks Down on Alleged Hamas Terror Plot with Multiple Arrests
TL;DR
Four members of Hamas, including one with Dutch nationality, were arrested in Berlin and the Netherlands on suspicion of planning attacks on Jewish institutions in Europe. The suspects, known members of Hamas with close ties to the organization's military branch, were allegedly trying to find and store weapons in Berlin for this purpose. The arrests come amid increased attacks on Jews in Europe following recent Hamas attacks on Israel. Investigators believe the plot was not directly connected to the recent events in the Middle East.
