India's Train Tragedy: Signal Errors and Safety Ignored.

A man is desperately searching for his nephew, who is missing after a train crash in India's eastern state of Odisha that killed at least 275 people and left more than 1,000 injured. Rescue workers are struggling through the wreckage of two passenger trains to rescue survivors and bring out the dead bodies. Preliminary investigations found the derailment was caused by an error in the electronic signaling system. Many people are still searching for their relatives who were on board the ill-fated trains, and authorities say there are around 200 dead bodies of train accident victims that have yet to be identified.
