Ukraine Nuclear Plants Lose Power Amid Russian Strikes

Ukraine reduced the power output of its nuclear reactors after a significant Russian missile and drone attack, with only two of nine reactors operating at full capacity. The International Atomic Energy Agency reported that the remaining reactors are functioning at reduced capacity, ranging from 40% to 90%.
