Minisforum has unveiled the MS-S1 MAX-P495 mini PC, powered by the Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 with a 16-core/32-thread Zen 5 CPU and Gorgon Halo NPU, delivering up to 131 TOPS of AI performance and able to run 300B+ LLMs locally. It packs 192 GB unified LPDDR5X memory, dual M.2 slots supporting up to 16 TB (RAID0/1), a PCIe 4.0 x16 expansion slot, and comprehensive I/O (dual 10G LAN, USB4 at 40 Gbps, USB 3.2 Gen 2). Availability is teased with a steep price around $7,000+, but a firm date has not been announced.
