Jay-Z's iconic 40/40 Club in the Flatiron District has closed its doors after 20 years, with plans to reopen at a new location next year. The club, known for hosting high-profile events, had previously undergone a $10 million renovation in 2012. The closure leaves only the 40/40 Club at Barclays Center in Brooklyn still in operation. Jay-Z has been involved in other hospitality projects in New York City, including the now-closed Spotted Pig restaurant.
