Second Suspect Charged in CTA Red Line Death at 69th Street
Chicago police say 19-year-old Katlar Parchman has been charged with first-degree murder and five felonies in the death of Kyle Bickham, who was pushed from a moving CTA Red Line train near the 69th Street station; a 15-year-old girl previously charged is also implicated, and investigators say three people used force to push the victim, who landed on the third rail and was struck by another train.
