The Office’s Pam Beesly star Jenna Fischer says the 65–70 hour workweeks on The Office left her with little time for her kids, prompting her to step back from TV acting and later team with Angela Kinsey to create Office Ladies to gain control over her schedule. She later revealed a Stage 1 triple-positive breast cancer diagnosis in late 2023, underwent a lumpectomy, chemotherapy and radiation, and announced she was cancer-free in 2024.
