Husband vows to keep searching for missing Lynette Hooker in the Bahamas after release
Lynette Hooker, a 55-year-old American, disappeared on April 4 after reportedly falling from an 8-foot dinghy near Elbow Cay in the Abaco Islands, Bahamas. Her husband, Brian Hooker, who was briefly detained by Bahamian police and released, says he will continue searching for her and believes she is alive. The U.S. Coast Guard has opened a criminal investigation; authorities have not charged him. CNN obtained a recording of a phone call in which Hooker describes the night Lynette disappeared. He had planned to arrange an aerial search, and his attorney says he is dedicating his full effort to finding her.
