Colts WR Keenan Allen faces two misdemeanor DUI charges
Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen has been formally charged with two misdemeanors related to his August DUI arrest: operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The ACE-0.15+ charge is a Class A misdemeanor (up to 1 year in jail, up to $5,000 fine); the OVI charge carries up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine. Colts GM Chris Ballard said any team discipline will be internal, and the NFL could impose additional penalties, potentially a three-game suspension under the CBA for alcohol-related offenses given the ACE level. Allen played in the recent game with six catches for 32 yards.
