Stavros Floros, a contestant on Survivor Greece, filed a $100 million lawsuit against producers Acun Medya, Acun Medya Global, Acun LLC, Acun Ilıcalı, and Skai TV, accusing them of dangerous on-set conditions and neglect after a spear-fishing accident in the Dominican Republic left his left leg largely amputated; the suit claims unsafe boating, inadequate medical care, and attempts to falsify the incident record, while the production said an investigation was ongoing.
