OM PEN's 20MP Sensor Mystery: Stacked CMOS or Live MOS?
Rumors swirl over which 20MP sensor will power the upcoming OM PEN—whether the OM-3’s stacked BSI CMOS or the OM-5 II’s 20MP Live MOS; a €1,000 price hints at the latter, and a claim of 121 cross-type AF points could indicate a non-stacked sensor. The camera is expected to be announced on Sept 9 at 7am London time, with preorder links to major retailers; the post includes affiliate links.
