Fatal Crashes Lead to Arrests and Unification Among Drivers

Andrew Blankenship, 29, has been charged with three felony counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of vehicular assault in connection to a triple-fatal crash in Anderson Township last Friday. Blankenship was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center on Friday. The victims have been identified as AAA tow truck driver 38-year-old Keith Skaggs, 22-year-old Janaya Glover, and 66-year-old Richard Glasser. Another victim, 25-year-old John Glover, was injured in the crash. Investigators said excessive speed and impairment are possible factors in the crash.
