Eight Pork Producers Agree to $117 Million Antitrust Settlement
Eight major pork processors, including Tyson, have agreed to a $117 million class-action settlement over antitrust claims that they used Agri Stats to exchange price-sensitive information to coordinate pork prices and supply. Eligible consumers in 24 states who bought pork products between June 28, 2014 and June 30, 2018 can file claims by Oct. 29, 2026, with a December 11, 2026 hearing before distributions are issued; Tyson is contributing the largest share at $85 million.
