Arrest made in fatal hit and run of Springfield woman.
A 32-year-old woman named Margaret Seise was hit by a car on W. Sunshine Street in Springfield, Missouri, and died at a local hospital. The driver, a 29-year-old man from Marionville, was tested for alcohol. This is the 64th fatal crash in 2023 for MSHP Troop D.
