Einer Rubio Triumphs in Chaotic Shortened Stage 13 of Giro d'Italia.
Einer Rubio of Movistar won stage 13 of the Giro d'Italia to Crans-Montana, beating Thibaut Pinot and Alexander Cepeda in a sprint finish. Pinot, who finished second, gained the mountains classification jersey. The stage was severely shortened due to weather conditions on the descent from the Grand St. Bernard. Primož Roglič finished at the same time as race leader Geraint Thomas to keep the general classification at status quo.
