Portland Bars Become Sites of Deadly Shootings.
One man was injured in a shooting at the Alibi Tiki Lounge in north Portland, and officers arrived to a chaotic scene and a hostile crowd. The victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive. The incident is being investigated by the Focused Intervention Team and Enhanced Community Safety Team, and no arrests have been made yet.
