Ukraine Uses Fiber-Optic Drones for Deception and Close-Range Attacks
Ukraine is increasingly using jam-resistant fiber-optic drones for deception, ambushes, and close-range reconnaissance of Russian bunkers, enabling operators to study entrances and expose fortifications with high-quality video, while dealing with fragile cables and EW limitations and sometimes employing signal repeaters to keep connections online.
