Fatal Car Crash in Livingston Parish: Rescue Efforts Fail
Sara Marshall, a 37-year-old woman from Prairieville, Louisiana, was killed after her car crashed into the Amite River in Livingston Parish. Louisiana State Police believe she ran off the road for unknown reasons and her vehicle became fully submerged in the water. Marshall was pronounced dead at the scene, and the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office dive team recovered her body. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
