
Cara Rintala convicted of wife's killing in high-profile trial
After two mistrials and a conviction overturned on appeal, Cara Rintala has been found guilty of voluntary manslaughter in connection with the death of her wife, Anna-Marie Cochrane. Rintala, who found Cochrane-Rintala unresponsive at the bottom of the stairs of their home in 2010, now faces up to 20 years in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for October 19th.
