WCSD Schools Remain Open Despite Anonymous Threats
Washoe County School District is investigating possible threats to a school after receiving multiple anonymous tips and social media messages. No school has been specified in the threat, but the same threat has been circulated at districts within the state. School Police are investigating and working with area law enforcement. The district reminds students and families to report any alarming information on social media to the police and not to share it.
