iOS 27.2 Beta Brings Health App Overhaul, Sign Language API, and Siri Upgrades
Apple’s iOS 27.2 beta introduces a redesigned Health app with three tabs (Insights, Longevity, Browse) and a Health Age metric computed from activity, VO2 max, and more; it also brings a Sign Language Interpreter API to FaceTime, new Siri AI language support (French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish), CarPlay Ultra themes with ambient lighting, and the ability to create Apple TV profiles on iPhone/iPad. Additional tweaks include Clock display changes, Music and Podcasts UI updates, renaming Siri Access in Settings to Excluded Apps, and an expanded App Tracking Transparency prompt for certain EU countries.
