Arrest in Arden-area pizza shop shooting
Delaware State Police arrested Paul Waller, 39, of Wilmington, in Pennsylvania for a July 4 shooting outside a pizza shop near Arden at the corner of Marsh and Harvey Roads. The shot woman was hospitalized in serious condition. Waller faces charges including first-degree attempted murder and a weapons count and will be extradited back to Delaware as investigators continue to seek witnesses or other information.
