A man in California, identified as Angel Sanchez Jr., has been arrested and charged with assault after allegedly attacking two Asians in separate incidents. The first victim, a 14-year-old boy, was reportedly roughed up but managed to fight off the attacker. Shortly after, a second attack occurred on an Asian man in his 60s who was sucker punched while pushing his 10-month-old granddaughter in a stroller. The incident was captured on a nearby home surveillance video, showing the heavy-set man striking the victim and causing him to fall to the ground, flipping the stroller. Sanchez was apprehended in Oxnard following the attacks.
