"Arrest Made in Brutal Murder of L.A. Model Found in Refrigerator"
Magnus Daniel Humphrey, 41, pleaded not guilty in his first court appearance for the torture and murder of aspiring model Maleesa Mooney in her downtown L.A. apartment. Mooney, 31, was found bound and gagged inside her refrigerator with blunt force trauma and drugs in her system. Humphrey, who was staying with Mooney at the time, was arrested in Minneapolis and is due back in court on March 7.
