Atari Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Historian Website AtariAge
Atari has announced its acquisition of AtariAge, a popular Atari-focused community and news site. The site will continue to be managed by its founder, Albert Yarusso, and his team of volunteer moderators. Yarusso will also join Atari as the company's internal historian. This acquisition is part of Atari's recent efforts to invest in retro gaming platforms and companies, including Antstream, Playmaji, MobyGames, and Nightdive Studios.
