Ax-throwing chain shutters all venues, Cincinnati included
Dueling Axes, the Columbus-founded ax-throwing chain, permanently closed all its venues—including the Cincinnati location opened in 2025—with the last day of business on July 31; closures also hit three Central Ohio sites (Downtown, near New Albany, Grove City) and a Las Vegas location, and the Cincinnati venue reportedly cost more than $1 million to open.
