Texas Governor Greg Abbott shared a video of a new barbed wire fence in Brownsville designed to stop illegal migration into his state. Abbott accused cartels of working with President Biden and the federal government to facilitate illegal border crossing. He promised to wire shut other areas where migrants were crossing in large numbers.
