After a three-year hiatus due to COVID-19, construction, and high costs, the Beaverdale Fall Festival has made a triumphant return to Des Moines. The festival, located at the intersection of Beaverdale and Urbandale Avenue, features musical acts, performers, food vendors, and activities. Additionally, the Sherman Hill Home Tours, showcasing historic homes from the 19th and 20th centuries, have also returned.
