From Dropout to Billionaire: The Inspiring Success Stories of Self-Made Millionaires.
Ben Francis, a university dropout and former Pizza Hut delivery driver, founded Gymshark in 2012 and turned it into a billion-dollar company. He is now worth $1.1 billion, putting him up seven places to 184th on this year's Sunday Times Rich List. Gymshark achieved "unicorn" status in 2020, and has expanded into the US, where it now has more than 100 employees in its Denver office. Francis received an MBE earlier this year for his services to business.
