Armed incident at Westview High prompts lockdown; student in custody, firearm not found
Douglas County deputies and Nebraska State Patrol troopers responded to an armed-incident report at Westview High School in Bennington. The student was located and taken into custody without incident; the firearm has not yet been located. The scene is secured, students were dismissed, and a scheduled Papillion-La Vista game will proceed.
