"Family Demands Justice as Suspects Face Charges in Brutal Murder of Bernardo Pantaleon"
Three members of a criminal street gang have been arrested in the murder of 30-year-old Bernardo Pantaleon, who was targeted and killed because of his sexuality. The suspects, who are all members of the North Side 15th Avenue gang, shot and killed Pantaleon after he made an unwanted advance that made one of the suspects uncomfortable. One of the suspects then mutilated Pantaleon's body and took photos and videos of the gruesome act. The family is calling for harsher charges, as the suspects are currently only being charged with mutilating a corpse and murder.
