Family's Custody Battle After Traffic Stop in Tennessee
A Georgia couple is fighting to regain custody of their five children in Tennessee after a traffic stop led to a drug possession charge and a legal saga that has dragged on for more than a month. The Tennessee Department of Children's Services removed the children from their parents' custody after a search during the stop turned up five grams of marijuana. The parents have denied using any other substances, but hair follicle tests showed positives for other substances. The case is ongoing, and the children remain in foster care.
