Multiple Drownings Reported at Missouri's Popular Water Destinations
A man drowned in the Big River at Rockford Beach in Jefferson County, Missouri, after jumping from a nearby bluff. Firefighters and the Missouri State Highway Water Patrol conducted a search using a boat, drone, and sonar equipment. The search was called off and the man's body was recovered the next morning. The man's identity has not been released.
