Recovered cellphone DNA Could Crack South Philly Shooting of Penn State Student
Philadelphia police are still searching for the gunman who killed 22-year-old Penn State student Billy Schmidt in South Philadelphia. Investigators recovered a cellphone that could contain DNA and a spent shell casing, and are reviewing surveillance footage as they look for more video to identify suspects and determine whether the shooting was isolated.
