Teens' 'Blood Brothers' Pact and 'Memento' Photo in Fatal Rock-Throwing Incident
Three Colorado teens were arrested in connection with the death of Alexa Bartell, who was fatally struck by a rock thrown through her car window. The suspects made a "blood brothers" pact to keep quiet about the crime and took photos of the wrecked car. At least six similar incidents were reported that night. The suspects are being held on charges of first-degree murder by extreme indifference and have been denied bail.
