Tragic Discovery: Missing 4-Year-Old's Body Found on Boston Island.
The body of a missing 4-year-old boy with autism was found on Spectacle Island in Boston Harbor, just over a mile away from where he disappeared on Castle Island. The boy had come to the park with his sister and grandfather, who was on a phone call at the time. The grandfather reportedly dialed 911 at 7:30 p.m. on Mother's Day when he realized the boy was missing. Search operations involving multiple agencies continued until the boy's body was found on Monday. The Massachusetts State Police expressed their condolences to the family and will conduct a follow-up death investigation.
