The brain of Louisville mass shooting suspect Connor Sturgeon will be tested for CTE, a degenerative brain disease found in those with a history of repetitive brain trauma. Sturgeon allegedly killed five people and injured eight others in Monday's mass shooting at Old National Bank. Former NFL player Phillip Adams, who carried out a mass shooting in 2021, had CTE at the time. Sturgeon's family said he had mental health challenges, but there were no warning signs he was capable of the act.
