Capitol Rioter Clashes with Judge Over Weed Use
Brandon Fellows, a participant in the 2021 Capitol riot, received a 3.5-year prison sentence after clashing with U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden. Fellows, who represented himself at trial, displayed no remorse and called the judge a "Nazi." He was convicted on one felony count and four misdemeanors and was caught on camera smoking marijuana in a Senate office. Fellows also harassed Capitol Police officers and expressed pride in his participation in the riot on social media.
